Who We Are
Established in 2009, Alpha is a team of professionals with extensive experience that spans across multiple industries and practices. Alpha is a composite organization that comprises three distinct entities: Alpha Beratung & Service GmbH, Alpha Premium Limited, and Alpha Premium Egypt. The former serves as a project management office (PMO), thereby guaranteeing that all suppliers are proceeding in accordance with pre-established schedules and project requirements. In contrast, Alpha Ltd., oversees all on-site activities and obligations, delivering comprehensive support and expertise to ensure project success. The latter, Alpha Premium Egypt, acts as a technical support office, offering specialized expertise in areas such as engineering and architecture. This subdivision of duties allows Alpha to provide a fully integrated solution that is both efficient and effective in meeting the needs of its clients. Since our inception, we have managed more than 35 projects in total, worth over € 3.5 billion.
Depending on the project requirements, we establish the appropriate procedures for the engagement of the stakeholders needed to complete the project (Architect/Engineer/Experts/Contractors etc.).

Our engagement with our clients, as well as other stakeholders starts much earlier than the start of the design phase, and last much longer after construction/installation has been completed. We essentially manage the entire value chain for any project starting from the inception of an idea, its development, and until the project is handed-over. Moreover, in some cases, we manage the entire life-cycle of the project, overlooking the operations and maintenance of the project and assisting the facility management team.
