Construction Management
Our construction supervisors, have eyes everywhere and are engaged with all stakeholders on-site. We provide daily site supervision and inspection, review shop drawings, test materials, systems, and installations, verify project documentation and as-built documentation, commission installed systems, close-out and handover documentation, verify and certify third parties.
Installation
We take on the overall management of the construction, replacing the need for a Main Contractor, and utilizing existing synergies. We divide the project into several trade packages that are fully managed by our experts. This option provides a “Construction Arm” for our clients, with a higher level of control on cost, time and quality. It also allows for the ‘fast-tracking’ of projects, so construction works can start before the design is fully completed.
