In this project we use the best suitable PV-technologies and have generated both good experiences and reliability with a manufacturer for high-quality silicone-encapsulated individual shaped PV-panels. These panels are DEWA listed and certified for the application in desert regions.

 

Beside their excellent UV-stability and high temperature behavior, the panels provide the highest fire rating class A. The laminated glass-glass modules generally seen in the market are rigidly laminated in an elaborate thermal process. Contrary to this, the layers of the modules are flexibly linked to each other in a cold filling process. The sensitive PV-cells are permanently elastically embedded with a UV-stable and highly transparent multi-component gel.

 

These results in safety-related, energetic and design-relevant advantages, for example a better fire protection, saving of energy and the possibility for customization. All elements are manufactured according to customers’ needs.

 

The key product groups are the solar-glass elements, which are compelling due to their excellent aesthetics and in particular also through an outstanding solar output.
